01 / REAL PUBLIC DATA

WHERE THE WORK
IS STARTING.

Explore new-home permit activity across Rockingham, neighboring North Carolina counties, and Southern Virginia. The heat uses located permit records; Virginia office totals without verified addresses appear as shaded areas and in the ledger below.

LOOK NORTH.
IT'S NEXT DOOR.

Henry and Pittsylvania county lines are each about 13 miles from RBS; Danville city limits are about 17. Straight-line distance to the nearest boundary.

THE JURISDICTION LEDGER

EVERY OFFICE HAS
ITS OWN SIGNAL.

Official Census Building Permits Survey totals fill in the wider regional picture. Choose a county or office to inspect monthly one-unit authorizations. These totals are never turned into invented map pins.

Loading jurisdiction totals…

Map heat uses individual permit locations, including three Henry County records marked “Permit Issued” in a September payment report; their exact issue dates were not published. Pittsylvania and Danville Census values are estimates, shown only as office-area signals. Kernersville points sometimes represent shared project locations; one Burlington record lacks a verified point. Census office totals cannot be added to mapped records. Distances are straight line from RBS, not a delivery promise.

02 / PLAN TO MATERIALS

THE PLAN
BECOMES THE LIST.

Give us the drawings. We turn them into a material list you can actually work from: counted items, measured quantities, source sheets, and the questions that still need an answer.

TRY THE PLAN-TO-LIST EXPERIENCE

Use the sample drawing below to explore how a builder and estimator could inspect and adjust a material list together.

THE PROMISEA useful takeoff shows the source and calculation behind each number, flags what needs an answer, and gets reviewed before it becomes a quote.
03 / OPERATING SYSTEM CONCEPT

KNOW WHAT'S
READY TO MOVE.

Connect the approved list to stock, the yard, the supplier, and the truck. Every promise to a builder starts with a trustworthy SKU and count.

INTERACTIVE MOCK DATA

Loading the inventory concept…

01 / DATA FOUNDATION

ONE SKU TRUTH.

Normalize product, dimensions, grade, unit, bundle conversion, bin, and approved substitutes before forecasting anything.

02 / YARD EXECUTION

SCAN THE WORK.

Receive, count, pick, load, and photograph proof of delivery against the same job and product record.

03 / BETTER PROMISES

RESERVE WITH CONFIDENCE.

Link the approved takeoff and quote to available-to-promise stock by delivery date, then flag shortages early.

04 / SMARTER REPLENISHMENT

SEE AHEAD.

Use sales, committed jobs, lead times, and supplier scorecards for reorder recommendations that people approve.

04 / A CREDIBLE ROLLOUT

BUILD THE PROMISE
IN THE RIGHT ORDER.

Start with a better builder experience, prove the plan-to-list offer, then make every stock and delivery promise more reliable.

THE RESEARCH BEHIND THE CONCEPT

THE PATTERN IS PROVEN.
THE LOCAL VERSION CAN BE BETTER.

Among 304 building-supply sites tracked in the August 2026 organic-traffic estimates, Do it Best, McCoy's, Builders FirstSource, and 84 Lumber are leaders. We studied the useful job workflows—not their branding—and paired those patterns with RBS's local strategy. Estimated traffic does not prove any feature caused the visits.
